We’ve been using this cleaning company for about a year now and I truly have nothing but great things to say. They do an amazing job every single time—my house always feels spotless and refreshed. They’re incredibly reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. On top of that, they are so friendly and wonderful with my kids and even my cat, which means a lot to our family. I was looking at the incorrect bill, and saw a charge from master Green. I exchanged emails back-and-forth approximately six or seven times insisting that I was correct and they were mistaken. I was mistaken, and they were correct, however, during this exchange, they were responsive, as in one hour or less, polite, kind, and never made me feel stupid , which I was very able to do on my own anyway. In fact, I was so happy, I hired them to clean my place on Friday. I cannot tell you what kind friendly people I dealt with. All Customer Service exchanges should be so excellent. Irina was AMAZING. Our apartment has never looked so clean, even when we first moved in. She cleaned every detail, even our dog's water tray and the vents on the oven hood, just so many details that we didnt even think about. We were so thrilled with the job she did. Our baseboards look amazing, the floors, the shower, everything! Very nice and accommodating, just the best experience! We have two labradors....whose hair gets everywhere. But now you wouldn't even know we had pets! Everything looks and smells amazing. ~ Lenise W

They did an excellent job cleaning and the price was fair. It was a move out clean and it made me want to move back in! Be careful with a move out clean that they will throw everything away. Which is good to know when you are scrambling to get out. But they took a few things (as garbage) that were meant to stay. I called and they were able to bring them back in an hour. I appreciated the responsiveness and they were so nice about it. Would definitely use again! ~ Stephanie P

We used Master Green cleaners for the first time today for their spring cleaning service and were overall very impressed! Our bathrooms are spotless, we can’t find a spec of dust anywhere in the house! Overall great value and much more affordable than other local options. Note: Make sure to add on the cleaning supplies if you don’t have sufficient supplies at your home. ~ Brian S

I have used Master Green now a few times. Every time they have done a great job. They go above and beyond and even do the little things like clean my dogs bowls and fold any clothes that may be out. For the city it is great value too. Even their deep clean I have found is about the same price (or cheaper) as a regular/standard clean with someone else. Highly recommend. ~ PJ S

Wonderful cleaning service. I called to schedule a same day clean for my apartment and they were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. Iren arrived on time, was a sweetheart, and very professional. She did a miraculous job, I've never seen my apartment so clean. They far exceeded my expectations. We have used this company for two years/they are the most organized Cleaner we have ever used/and they keep their word every time/we usually get the same cleaner--Victoria--but if she is not available--they send others equally qualified/we trust them in our house when we are not here--we will use them as long as we live in Chicago! ~ Greg C

The first cleaning service that doesn't charge for transportation, require you to choose how frequently you need your house cleaned, and affordable.
