Irina was AMAZING. Our apartment has never looked so clean, even when we first moved in. She cleaned every detail, even our dog's water tray and the vents on the oven hood, just so many details that we didnt even think about. We were so thrilled with the job she did. Our baseboards look amazing, the floors, the shower, everything! Very nice and accommodating, just the best experience! We have two labradors....whose hair gets everywhere. But now you wouldn't even know we had pets! Everything looks and smells amazing. ~ Lenise W
I was looking at the incorrect bill, and saw a charge from master Green. I exchanged emails back-and-forth approximately six or seven times insisting that I was correct and they were mistaken. I was mistaken, and they were correct, however, during this exchange, they were responsive, as in one hour or less, polite, kind, and never made me feel stupid , which I was very able to do on my own anyway. In fact, I was so happy, I hired them to clean my place on Friday. I cannot tell you what kind friendly people I dealt with. All Customer Service exchanges should be so excellent.
